with easy, ground floor level access we require a minimum of 1 hour setup
time before the start of an event.
Venues where the DJ area is not on the ground floor, or is not quickly and easily
accessible for loading in and out require more setup time, for which an
additional charge will be made. We need to know this in advance in order to give an accurate quote and
plan our arrival time accordingly, so please tell us. No responsibility for a delayed start can be
accepted if an inadequate unloading/setup time was given.
