REFERRAL REWARD PLAN
Attention: The Referral Reward Plan
is intended for Established and Previous Clients only. If you are not a
Established or Previous client, please visit this page again when you are.
Thank you for your interest in our Program.
The purpose of this program is to allow you, the client, to earn money in
the form of "word of mouth" advertising. Past performances have
indicated that a certain number of people at each event will use us in the
future for their event. The "Finders Fee" paid to our clients for
referrals, represents advertising costs saved by Fat Sound Disco & Karaoke.
Below is a copy of the Terms and Conditions included on
the Contract which is Emailed to the Client upon receiving their first
Referral:

The
following terms and conditions outline the Referral Reward Agreement between
< client's name> (herein referred to as "Client") and Fat Sound
Disco & Karaoke.

Fat Sound Disco & Karaoke agrees to reward the above named client with a
"FINDER'S FEE" in the amount of £15 for each and/or
any event booked through the efforts of the Client.
- Participation and
eligibility commence upon receipt of a valid Event Booking Agreement
(event contract) and deposit (retainer) for the client's event, and
will continue for the rest of the client's life.

Payment of the "FINDER'S FEE" shall become due to the Client
upon the completion of the referred client's event and can be applied
against any balances owed to Fat Sound Disco & Karaoke.

Anyone booking an event with Fat Sound Disco & Karaoke must mention the
client's name at the time of booking for proper credit.

Fat Sound Disco & Karaoke reserves the right to refuse the referred
booking based on distance and/or availability of entertainers.

Client shall not quote prices to their referral; prices do vary
depending on the day of the year. Quotes to the referred client are
never increased to cover the cost of the "FINDERS FEE".
- If the Client's referred
client cancels their event, client will not be paid a "FINDER'S
FEE" even if a deposit (retainer) has been paid.
